Benji’s Shop Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund (shipping fees withheld) to the original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.Lost or damaged returns will need to be addressed with the shipping company.  We cannot refund products which are lost or damaged during shipping

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund or exchange.

For our dog hiking families: Please notify us that your product return is ready for pick up from our hiker on your dog’s hiking day.  If the product is in a returnable state when we receive it (as explained above), we will refund the money upon receipt of your product.

• Please allow 3-7 business days for your refund or exchange once we have received the item you are refunding.
• Products which are lost or damaged during transport by one of our hiking team will be replaced or refunded.
